Terms & Conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • “Company” means FORME Wellness Studio;

  • “Member” means any person who has registered with the Company, either on the Company website (www.formewellness.uk), on the Company app, or in person, and whose registration has been accepted by the Company;

  • “Products” means any products offered for sale on the Company’s website or in the Studio;

  • “Site or Website” means www.formewellness.uk or the FORME Wellness Studio app;

  • “Services” means any information or services provided by or ordered from the Company, including electronic information supplied to you;

  • “Sessions” include any classes (in-studio or online), workshops, and/or private training appointments;

  • “Studio” means each studio or premises from which the Company operates.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with English Law, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time as it considers necessary or desirable.

2. MEMBERSHIP

  • Once registered, a person becomes a Member. Members must be 18 years or older; under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Acceptance as a Member is at the sole discretion of the Company.

  • The Company may refuse entry, suspend, or expel Members for behavior deemed injurious, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms. Expelled Members are not entitled to refunds.

  • Guests must register online before attending any Session.

3. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Members are responsible for their belongings. The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items in the Studio or other locations where Services are performed.

4. STUDIO OPENING TIMES
