All of our sessions take place in our single, versatile studio - a bright, calming space with mirrors, reformer beds, and full Pilates, barre, and yoga equipment. From strengthening reformer Pilates to energising barre classes, each session is designed to help you move mindfully, build strength, and leave you feeling revitalised.
