Welcome to FORME, a wellness studio offering reformer pilates, mat pilates, yoga and barre, as well as other workshops and events to promote wellness and connect with the community.
Our Story
My name is Jess
FORME was born from my first experiences with Pilates while living in Sydney, Australia. I loved the boutique feel of the local studios, the sense of community they created, and the way they became a natural part of everyday life. When I moved home, I noticed that most boutique studios were based in the city centre, and I wanted to bring that same welcoming, local experience closer to home — a place where people can connect, move, and take time for themselves before the day begins, on a lunch break, or to unwind in the evening.
As a new mum, I understand how important it is to have space to reconnect — both with yourself and with others — especially during times of change. FORME is about more than just movement; it’s about creating a supportive community where people can feel their best, in every sense of the word.
Our Approach to Wellness
At FORME, we are dedicated to promoting holistic wellness through our comprehensive range of pilates, yoga, and barre classes. Our approach is centered around fostering a supportive community and providing a space for individuals to prioritise their physical and mental well-being. We believe in empowering our members to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives through our tailored services and events, AKA finding their FORME.
Our approach to wellness is community-led — with a coffee and smoothie bar designed to encourage connection before or after class, and an open door for feedback so we can continue to grow and shape FORME around what our members most want to see in their community.
