Refund Policy

Classes & Workshops

7+ days before class: Full refund or credit towards another class
3-6 days before class: 50% refund or full credit.
Within 48 hours: Non-refundable
No-shows: Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund.

If we ever have to cancel a class, you'll always get a full refund or the option to switch into another class.

Memberships

Monthly/Unlimited Memberships
- Cancel anytime with 14 days' notice before your next billing date.
- You will still have access until the end of your cycle.

Class Packs (5, 10, etc.)
- Non-refundable once purchased, but valid for 6 months from purchase.
- Packs are shareable - book a spot for a friend if you would like!

How to Make a Change

Just send us a quick email at info@formewellness.uk with your booking or membership details. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We understand life happens and want to make this as easy as possible, so if you're unsure what option works best, just ask!
